Character Bio

"The Tribe" is an independent motorcycle gang comprised of members who are strict Constitutionalists. As such, they attempt to have as little to do with government employees and agencies as possible, particularly the ones they consider to be violating the tenets of the Constitution as they understand them. Jim "The Beater" Vachon has been a member of the "The Tribe" for 3 years now: a law-abiding citizen who likes to ride motorcycles (as are all the members of "The Tribe"; none of them are criminals) repair and fix motorcycles, and spend time with his girlfriend, Christine. Until, that is, his custom Harley Davidson was stolen. Now, he searches the criminal elements of Paragon city, looking for his stolen bkie. And Heaven help the criminal who keeps his bike from him...
