This is some sort of ninja who shocks people to death and appears as all sorts of non-ninja things. Previous standing opinion was that she was a master of disguise, but rumor from the arbiters who registered her upon her arrival in the Rogue Isles suggest that she may actually be a shapeshifter.

Her recent forms (if indeed she is a shapeshifter) seem to incorporate experimental cybernetics. Rumor on the street holds that these come from Doc Buzzsaw.
