Character Bio

This woman is a natural psychic. Starting at puberty, she used to uncontrollably freeze everything in her surroundings as the sun came up each morning; but ELITE trained her to restrain herself in exchange for the promise that she would fight crime when she grew up, and now she is making good on that promise.

She technically needs sunlight to catalyze her ice powers. She joined Hero Corps hoping to find a workaround; she has recently learned to use her latent psychic powers to conjure small amounts of artifical sunlight, which seems to satisfy the conditions for her ice control.

If she can survive long enough to practice, she should be able to attack with her ice, light, and telepathy all at once. Her supporters so far are quite pleased with their investment.
