Character Bio

Devlin Magruder never intended to study magic; like pretty mcuh everything else that happens to him, he fell into it by accident. It seemed that everytime he was in the city, weird things happened: street lights would obey his will; he could become "lost in time" on the subway, ending up in long-forgotten or even undiscovered places on the train line. By chance, Azuria ecountered Devlin during one of his forays and recognized what was going on. Devlin was introduced to several instructors who have taught him to marshall and direct his powers, and Paragon City has benefited.
