Nick Flagg aka Star Justice along with other heros were test subjects for Project Fighting Hero.

They were exposed to than given the Flagg Bio-Agent # 17 G.E.N.I.U.S. formula
{ Gentically Energized Neuromuscular Irradiate Ultarviloet Steroids ] which Transformed them into very tough and super strong individuals. All other skills must still be learned, but at an incredible rate.

Nicholas is a well respected Government Scientist. He currently works for the Justice Department in Special Investigations and has been assigned to Paragon Police Dept here in Paragon City. Where he is the Chief Medical Examiner in the PPD CSI dept. He has also accepted reserve membership in the FBSA Longbow Division where he is able to work hand in hand with his new wife Senior Agent Cassandra Seer when out in the field.
