Verlustoff was born in the 600s in what is now Germany. His parents were a mysterious pair of traveling Moors. After his birth, there was no trace of him for decades. There are, however, legends throughout Britain and Scandinavia about a man who embodies darkness. Little is known about him, but from what others have observed, Verlustoff seems to have the ability to harness what scientists know as Dark Energy, a mysterious force that is causing the universe to expand at an accelerating rate.
