Character Bio

What is clear about this woman is that she was some sort of village priestess hundreds of years ago, and that she was placed into "eternal" slumber by some sort of curse as punishment for practicing dark arts. It is also clear that a villain named Abulia released her from this slumber in exchange for service.

What is unclear about this woman is her goals, motivations, and powers. She performs minor rituals to create special arrows, but the majority of her abilities seem to be mundane, and she usually operates through minions. Has she lost her power? Did she ever have enough power to be useful in an age with superhumans such as exist today? Does she serve willingly, or does she have an axe to grind?
