Character Bio

Although his origins make it seem obvious that he'd become a hero, Cosmic Downpour's early years were as average as possible, all things considered. Even though he was found abandoned, with no clues to his parents' whereabouts, and signs that some sort of experimentation had been done on him, he still managed to have a normal, well-adjusted childhood with his foster parents. When his powers manifested, they proudly enrolled him in a school for young heroes. He registered as a hero the day he turned 18, and has been working to protect the innocent ever since.
