Character Bio

Dylan Monroe always wanted to be a superhero.  He begged his friend Backlash to create him a tool that would allow him to save the world, and Backlash built him a freeze-gun.  He called himself 'flashfreeze' and he went around saving old ladies from preying thugs.  Then one day the ray went haywire on him, and exploded in his hand.  When he woke up, he could shoot freezing blasts from his hands.  He was thrilled, and he was determined that he'd keep right on saving the world.
