Character Bio

Ella Mactavish was a normal school girl until the day that, while sitting beneath a tree reading, her back suddenly began itching. She went home, but the itching persisted. Finally, wings burst from her back. Mortified, she ran to her mother, who rejected her "freak" of a daughter. She was thrust from her home, into a world that hated her. She could have turned to a dark life, but instead, she found a home with other freaks, the strange and fey Stars.  After a time, she left them to join the Protectors, but she still wears the mask in honor of the Stars, and fights to keep her world safe in memory of those who helped her when she needed it.
