Character Bio

Orchid Wickford was an ordinary flower-loving woman, until the day that she found that strange glowing seed. She couldn't resist planting it to see what would bloom-- she just never imagined that the vines that bloomed would entangle themselves around her hands and never leave! Nor that they would steal into her blood and give her the power to grow plants at will, anywhere, and burst from her body in hot waves, healing those around her.  She ran screaming, at first, cursing the bedamned plants and the foolishness that had made her love them...but then she found that evil Hellion robbing her spinster aunt, and the plants crushed him in place, holding him so the police could arrest him... Suddenly, the possibilities arose before her, as hot and green as the seed burning in her chest.
