Character Bio

When the armor of the angel Israfel was lost, one demonic sentinel was given the task of preventing the powerful heavenly artifact ever being rediscovered. Abraxxas failed in this task when, after centuries undisturbed, the armor was suddenly reclaimed by an archeologist from Paragon City.

Grown complacent over the centuries, Abraxxas overlooked the discovery until it was too late, returning to find the wall of the chamber caved in and the armor gone. The raging of the Rikti War all around prevented Abraxxas from slaying the Professor who discovered the armor's resting place. as the man vanished into the chaos brought on by the desperate fighting.

By the time Abraxxas was able to again locate the armor, its discoverer had already unlocked the armor's power, becoming the hero Israfel. Now, Abraxxas has only one hope of redeeming himself - to destroy the hero Israfel and hide the armor away where no one will ever find it again.
