Character Bio

An evil genius who has more times than he can count used his lab assistants in his experiments. His studies have opened many mysteries into the oragins of magic and as any evil genius he plans to open many more. The evil doctor even experiments on himself with super soldier seriums and augmentations. Dr. Death runs the Experimental Research and Development Facility at a hidden location in the Rogue Isles. X-R&D is were the Doc performs most of his experiments and does most of his testing and research for the Legion. Many secrets and monsterous creations are locked away in the vaults below this base. Many enemys of the Legion are held in cells awaiting the Doc to interrogate or use in one of his diobolical experiments of Cybernetics ,Magik or Genetic Cloneing and alterations. This is also the home of Vault L-53 where a mutated clone experiment of Grimm Vissage is locked away perhaps someday to be released on the populace of the Rogue Isles if the Doc can figure out a way to controll it.
