In a plan to infiltrait Arachnos Grimm Vissage had himself cloned. Many of the attempts to clone Grimm turned out, well... lets just say, not so good... In early attempts most of the clones were even more monsterous thancreatures that roam the rouge isles one such clone is locked away in Dr Grimm Deaths R&D facility under heavy guard. Arbiter Grimm is a product of advanced cloneing and mental programming. Arbiter grimm was given some cosmetic surgery and swapped with a low ranking Arbiter. Fully capeable and Coniving he feeds insider information to the Legions of Golgotha and is Loyal only to Grimm Vissage.
