Completely hairless (ignore the eyebrows please) Intermittant "twitches" and muscles spasms at various locations, including scalp and other smooth tissue sites.

For telepaths/empaths: The cycles of nanites tearing down and rebuilding her internal structure causes constant pain.

I am a fully qualified doctor and surgeon. A researcher in applying nanite technology to the medical field one of my fellow researchers wanted to claim one of my breakthroughs as his own. He released the killing nanites within me and became infected himself. I managed to inject rebuilding nanintes in myself but was unable to recover in time to save his life. I can control the nanintes that I release, ensure they have a limited lifespan, but am unable to control the ones inside myself.
