"Alice M" was studied at John Hopkins from the age of twelve when her mutation developed until she was seventeen and killed one of her doctors before vanishing. Her touch can drain the life force out of a person, empowering her in the process. Dubbed a "psychic vampire" by one of the staff with a flair for theatrics, she is not dead or undead, but the results are similar in nature. Her victims are tired, weakned and may die.
