CV..my brother, is a top martial artist in Paragon. We decided to "save the world" together as Cpt Virtue and the Powerhouse Punk, yeah I hated the name too, but what big bro wanted.. Anyways we spent few days honing our skills around Atlas an heard about a group goin in to clean out the sewers. I just wasn't able to keep up and fell behind. A voice from the shadows said "You look like you could use a little boost kid, call me." and handed me a plain white card, a number on one side, the other a symbol for Crey Industries. Few weeks later as my bro's skills had far surpassed mine, I broke down and called. The deal: 1 dose = 1 boost in power, but the drugs are not stable and will take at least 50 doses before the effects become Permanent. Each dose is more expensive then the last and it's addictive. The night I got caught stealing to support my habit the City Rep in Atlas stripped me of my superhero title and I was sent to the Zig.... BOOM buildn xplodes, a spider soldier guy tells me my rides outside....
