Code Name: Hex Cat. This twenty something man and his sister, Code Name: Cataclysm Cat, were former members of the Council's soliders. Part of a new test group nicknamed "Doom Squad". This group was quickly shut down and its subjects destroyed as this experiment caused insanity and mutant manfestastions in it's members. Luckily the twins managed to escape durning the chaos. With their new powers and abilities they will do what they were created to do - damage!
