Character Bio

Frost Factor's parents worked in a Crey lab before she was born. While in one of the labs, there was a massive explosion. To this day, the Crey labs are not sure what chemicals were involved. Eight months later, Frost Factor was born with an abnormally low body temperature and, to her parent's horror, blue skin and white hair. She developed her powers early in life and has been helping citizens in anyway she can.
