Due to a nurse with poor clerical skills Brian Staser's legal name is BRAIN TASER.  When he was old enough, he took this fluke of fate seriously enough to develope his technical skills into an amazing arsonal of mental and electrical weaponry. After achieving so much, at the cost of his own health and stability, he decided that being a superhero would make better press for selling his patents.
