Character Bio

Andrew Steven Strom, was always fascinated by fire and the weather. While
attending the University of Paragon CIty earning his B.S. in Atmospheric Science, he
spent his free time as a volunteer at the fire department.
One night during a terrible storm, the unit Andy was currently assigned to was called
out to a major fire in Baumtown. As he was carrying a child from an upper floor
apartment, a bolt of lightning hit the ladder they were on. Oddly neither of them
were injued in anyway. One day as he was sitting the park, Ms. Diversion noticed
Andy summoning a small breeze to move some leaves around and attempted to
light them on fire when he accidently burned himself. She healed Andy and
mentioned that he should go speak to Antonio Nash about his abilities and
training. Over time he learned control and managed to run into Ms. Diversion
again, Thanking her for her assistance she asked him to come along on her
adventures in which he happilly accepted.
