When Dr. Electrode was defeated, everyone thought they'd seen the last of him. The energy signature in his gear started to mutate the dirt, mud, and grass that had become lodged in them. The mutated mud began to take on the likeness and mannerisms of Dr. Electrode, but with jumbled memories of his past. Would this new superbeing be friend or foe?
