Celia Alexander had it all: head cheerleader, lots of friends, and the cutest boy in school wrapped around her finger. Celia worked hard at her popularity, and enjoyed everything it had to offer.

That all changed the day the Lost invaded her school during a pep rally. Firing indiscriminately into the crowd, Celia was caught in a stray blast. Rather than death, however, the beam brought Celia radiation powers and neon green skin. In that moment, she lost everything.

Unable to bear the stares and teasing from the very people who had revered her, Celia destroyed her school and now spreads her cheers of vengenance throughout the Rogue Isles.
