Bio: After not hearing from her sister, Kat Highwind, in a couple of months, she moved to Paragon City to check up on her. After finding out that she is found that she is doing some undercover work, she blamed La De Da for putting her in harms way. She grabbed one of the jeweled belts from La De Da's stash and started to train in order to help her sister. After finding out what Kat is doing, she decide not to follow her. Since Kat undercover work leaves a gap in the group, she has token over some of her duties for the city.

After a few months, she found that her legs started to get weak. After some studies, she found out there was a price using jeweled belts, because it was draining the life force from her. Fujiko fears grew that his might as effect her sister. After getting word that Kat enter a contract with Ultros and there no effects for the jewel, Fujiko look for a way to retain her powers with out the need of the jewel.
