Character Bio

Known only as Mad Skills this unknown man has traveled about Paragon City
helping others in distress. As a young boy he was on a path to follow in his parents
footsteps learning the ways of certain magical techniques to use against the people
of Paragon City, but one day as he decided to go for a few hours to practice his
chants and spells only to come home and find his parents have been murdered. To
him his quest to follow in his parents path had ended till he met someone by the na
me of Sister Psyche. She then finding out that his praents had been murdered took
him in and started to help him develop his powers to control water only to make it
below sub-zero temperatures. As time went on he started to look deeper into the
magical relm of life, finding out that it too can be harnessed and given to others as
needed also increasing their senses and abilities. His life was dedicated to torture the
lives of Paragon City he now protects it and its people with his life and abilites.
