Escaped results of terrible, mad science, Ward Ohm searches Paragon City for those who were demented enough to combine electrical arc technologies with genetically engineered combinations of men and large cats. He hopes to stop them before they torture and destroy any more of their own creations... and to make them pay for the things they did to him while he was their prisioner.
