After the death of his 22 year old Cat on June 4th 2005., Randy Jarvis used whatever
magics he could get his hands on to bring her spirit back. He managed to unite her
spirit with the body of a woman in a coma. Misty now prowls the streets of Paragon
City, seeking to protect her master by hunting down the criminals that might harm
