Emmet Jackson survived the devastation of Galaxy City, The heroism of Statesman and the Freedom Phalanx along with other heroes who helped in rescuing as many survivors as they could made this young apprentice don a costume. Emmet seeks to be a hero like him, like Statesman. He's joined with other young heros and heroines of like mind to form a supergroup model on the ideals Statesman represents. They call themselves Statesman's Pals.
