Character Bio

Two Gunn Karl, also known as Liberty 3, was a member of G.O.S.H. (Government Office of Super Heroes) before it became absorbed into the Federal Bureau of Superpower Activies aka F.B.S.A. He had already been past his prime and was offered and early retirement. He took the retirement and returned to his prievious life as a Texas Ranger Longrider. November 2002 the Rikti attacked and he helped repel the invasion but later found out that his friends had been killed during the attack here in Paragon City. They had joined Hero 1 and were never heard from again. He has since befriend their children and continues to mentor them and give sage advice to those younger heroes who just don't get it some times. As a Ranger he knows For Might for Right is more then just a statement its a promise of justice.
