Character Bio

A metis, or half breed. MS is apparently the result of breeding between one of the lycanthrope clans and one of the fey. Metis are usually killed at birth (if a lycan mother) but are never accepted by the races of their parentage, and usually considered abominations. In most cases a surviving metis will be a wanderer, free agent, or mercenary as so few other roads are open to them. They are usually solitary and bitter creatures. MS's fey parentage seems to have been some form of earth spirit or someone very kindred with the land, as her connection with the earth and the forces thereof rival even ancient legends. If she has ever been given a name other than Moon Shifter, she has never felt the need to disclose it. Unlike most metis, MS has a very kind disposition that completely belies her bestial nature. While she should be considered an ally to Paragon City, it should never be forgotten that she is one of the wild things.
