A vampant dream from the dark twisted psyche of Lucy Dreamtime. this creature is created straight from the nightmares of paragon's most powerful (and disturbed) psychic.

Screamed into existance one fitful night, Lucy has no knowledge of what she has unleashed upon the world.

Breath-Stealer is a creature of pure psychic energy twisted in with the darkness, she does not wield these forces, she -IS- these forces.

(Her various manifestations are from the people around her's dreams, twisted and tainted in her own image.)
