Earthshake was designed in a lab to be a force for good. He was trained and equiped with all of the latest technology available to help fight the growing crime problem facing Paragon City. Using the very power of the Earth and one of mankind's oldest technologies the Bow and Arrow he is a force to be reckoned with. So if any heroes or PPD Officers need help ask away; as far as villians go you might as well give your selfs up your dead already.
