Character Bio

The Council invented a new device that creates a small aura around the person that gives them powers that make it really hard to hurt them. They wanted to test this device out, so they kidnapped Videl and her family. When the Adjutant that was overseeing this project wasn't looking, she stole the device and made her escape. She ran as fast as she could, to get help from anyone she could, and found a hero called Earth Behemoth. He took her to SERAPH, and there trying to study the device they accidentally bonded it to her. When she got back to the Council base it was deserted, and her family was found dead. Now she hunts the Council relentlessly.
