Eleanor was a great archaeologist from Western Europe. One day she was digging up remnants of an ancient Celtic culture. She uncovered an old and mystical tiara with three beautiful aqua colored gems set in silver. For the next few months she studied the tiara, searching in old books and manuscripts for an answer from where it came. Her colleagues dismissed the tiara immediately as a common accessory from the old Celtic culture.

And after some time, Eleanor also dismissed the tiara. But instead of selling it to a museum, she kept the tiara. Then, she began to notice some strange things with the jewelry. Animals were fixated by it and clocks went too fast or too slow when put next to the tiara. She noticed she could communicate with animals while wearing it on and even stranger, she could control time. Eleanor decided to use the powers for fighting the evil that roams Paragon City and the Rogue Isles. She is still trying to figure out the true powers hidden in the magical jewelry.
