Character Bio

Born in the immediate aftermath of the Shah's removal from power in Iran, Iloai comes to Paragon City from Persia by way of Samoa.  Her parents moved with her to Paragon after her regenerative powers manifested when she hit puberty, having heard of all the opportunities to teach her to control and use her abilities available in the city.  She's a bit anti-social and rough around the edges from mild culture shock, but she fights the good fight against the forces of evil.  Or just busts some petty criminals.  Either way.
