Kenny Brooks was once Serge's assistant at Icon. He helped quite a few of The Charybdis Clan get their threads and look good while fighting crime. One day, he grew bored of the life of a tailor and decided to become a cobbler. When he discovered most people buy new shoes rather than repair old ones, he decided to become a superhero. With the help of Texas Charybdis, Kenny developed devices to manipulate gravity and focus energy. Armed with his fantastic devices and his magnificent attire, he set out to fight crime in Paragon City.
