Too much Mt Dew Amp and Jolt cola, combined with snorting pixie stix at the Crey Computer Tech Support desk, seems to have had an effect on Julia Thevra. Well, that or "entertaining" herself with various hardware in the high security labs after hours. Able to toss out electrical blasts like some girls toss panties at a rave, Julia has fought in the both Rikti Wars, faced off against almost every hero and villain she could pit herself against.

It all came to end with the Bounty Hunter's War, where Statesman was revealed as the Herald of Hamidon. In the brutal war that followed, Julia had most of her humanity burnt away, but managed to survive. 

It all came to a head at Portal Corporation, and in the fighting she became separated from the others and barely managed to activate the portal and escape.

Her powers shattered, she arrived in Virtueverse barely alive, and is trying to find out if the Bounty Hunter's War has to be fought.
