Character Bio

Before he was a hero, Stroud was a brilliant scientist. The gem of his inventiveness was a cloak wired with microcircuitry, which protected the wearer from damage. While testing it, he encountered a true-to-life super villain. At the culmination of the fight, Stroud ripped a live wire from a power line and charged the villain. Just as he did this, the villain fired an alien energy ray at him. The electricity from the power line combined with the alien energy and shorted out the cloak. Wracked in strange energies, Stroud's DNA was re-written. He can manipulate energy, projecting it and using it to fly. He is now a being of pure energy, although he doesn't know it yet.
