It is not known who this entity once was. but the result of visiting the Home of the Dead has created this evil visage.
Chilling Twilight can cast the icy touch of the Dead, and effect her enemies with the various images of Death itself. Now she is in the rogue isles, and what drives her, remains a mystery.
