Character Bio

Bart Clinton always been a comic book collector, you know the kind that bags 'em up in mylar sleeves and knows what PAD is up to in his latest run.

Bart was quite surprised when one day he was abducted to a secret lab by some local Crey wannabe's. Using him as a guinea pig, they in turn was taken a back when he got some powers and gave them a real good beating up. (This is not the true story, but heck you know every superhero sort of need an origin story, so Bart is sticking to this.)
