Character Bio

Young Kevin Pertwillaby was researching the new safety features designed into a local nuclear power plant, when those very safeties failed during an electrical storm.  The resultant explosion left him highly radioactive and somehow able to harness the power of electricity. Kevin decided to use these powers for good, and if he's not the most successful superhero, at least he's dedicated to the cause. As Kid Kilovolt he and other young supers banded together under the guidance of Wilbur Watson, a retired World War Two hero once known as Captain Powderkeg, to form the Enigma Quorum.
