Character Bio

Raseor was once a human scientist working on how the universe was created. He created a device he thought would give him the answers he was looking for. As he worked he took no notice of the world around him. He was working in his lab when the Ritki attacked. He was trapped but then he had a idea he would use the device on the aliens he knew it was probably going to kill him but  at least they would not get his work and he would take some with him. He attacked with the device he was doing well until a random blast from a Rikti Monkey hit him and knocked him into the devices energy field. The first thought that stuck him was I cannot be alive but he had never felt better or more powerful in his life. Without knowing what he was doing he struck out wildly against the Rikti destroying them all. He decided at that moment to become a hero and to use his new found powers to fight against evil of all kinds. If you decide to commit crimes in Paragon City you might meet him, you will not enjoy it................
