Character Bio

Harvey Tell was a honest hard working man. He worked paid his taxes and took care of his family. Harvey knew from a early age he was a mutant but he kept to himself and told no one. Harvey told the truth always he saw a crime he reported it to the PPD and they arrested Hacksaw, the man  responsible and put him in prison. Harvey thought it was over but Hacksaw had sworn vengence.  Hacksaw sent his goons after Harvey and in the process killed Harvey's family.  Harvey became the merciless Pilgrim; Harvey Tell was dead.   Pilgrim hunted down the people who killed his family and destroyed them, after Hacksaw got out of prison, Pilgrim paid him a visit nobody ever heard from Hacksaw again.  Pilgrim swore on his dead family he would take vengence on any criminal In Paragon City and he is looking for you. Pray he never finds you..............................
