He was born in the heart of a atom and raised by a alien entity he called Mother. His powers are radiation and the control of electricity. Rad was raised to believe he was mans last great hope mankind only hope against a alien menace that makes the Ritki look like school yard bullies. Mother has sent him out into the world to get experiance and learn how to control his abilities. Since he has come to Paragon City he has met many heroes some good some bad but he learned from all of them. His powers are growing getting stronger everyday for his task that is coming.
