Character Bio

Hidden under Dark Astoria at his Evermoor Facility, the mad Dr. Serpentes bred his would-be minions, mixes of human and animal DNA that he then subjected to torturous augmentation and experimentation to try and boost their powers. Bred from feline genetic material, Iridescent Aurora was sent to Project Ascend, to serve as a test subject in the mad doctor's attempts to transcend the limitations of humanity. He was chosen to be fused with a Kheldian when one was captured so that the mad scientist could study the effects, a process that would be fatal for both Iridescent Aurora and the Kheldian. However, Dr. Serpentes underestimated the effects of the transformation, and his containment measures weren't quite sufficient, letting the newly minted Peacebringer break free, which quickly cascaded into a full-scale breakout when other test subjects at the facility seized upon the distraction to make their own escapes. Alongside the other escapees, he battled his way to the freedom of Paragon City's streets.
